Dermal Fillers
As we age, our skin begins to lose elasticity and volume. Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid (HA) to combat the signs of ageing through contouring, defining and replacing lost volume.
This treatment is a non-surgical and minimally invasive way to reduce lines and wrinkles, and also restore lost volume.
At Glass Face, we use a variety of leading dermal filler brands that contain HA or stimulate collagen and are scientifically-proven to provide noticeable and long lasting results for 6-18 months before they are broken down by the body.
All dermal filler injectables are subject to consultation

How long do dermal fillers last?
Dermal fillers take effect quickly but may take a few days to really settle into place.
Depending on the type of filler used and treatment area, they can last from 6 months to a few years. They are naturally broken down by the body over time.
If you would like to remove fillers, this can be achieved with a filler dissolver. Please enquire for further information.
What can I expect from the procedure?
We will initially take a full medical history and decide together on the most appropriate treatment for you.
Prior to treatment, the area will be numbed using a topical or local anaesthetic. We will then expertly place the filler in the area of concern and check for facial harmony.
Following treatment, you will see a noticeable result but may be slightly swollen or tender. This side effect usually wears of within 24 hours.
You will then be given aftercare advice to follow for the best outcome.
