Bookings: All services are appointment based only, please book through our website or by direct contact using our email or phone number. For weekday evening appointments, please call us directly to arrange.

Please note that you will receive TWO emails to confirm your booking (one from Shopify and one from Bookeasy). You will need to access the Bookeasy email to make any changes to your booking.

Rescheduling: Please use the link sent within your booking confirmation email (from Bookeasy) to rearrange your appointment. Please check your email junk folder if you have not received a booking confirmation from both Shopify and Bookeasy. We require at least 24 hours notice when rearranging days or times, unless agreed directly with us.

Cancellations: We understand plans change, we ask that you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice from your booking time. Please use the link within your confirmation email from Bookeasy to cancel your appointment. Any late cancellations will incur a £25 fee to cover our administration time and cost. Repeat late cancellations will automate the removal of a client from our system.
