This includes a full medical consultation and the option to proceed with treatment on the day - payment will be taken in clinic
Polynucleotides are derived from salmon or trout DNA, specifically fragments that closely resemble human DNA.
Skin boosters are made up of a high percentage of hyaluronic acid (HA) which is a substance that our bodies naturally produce that helps to maintain moisture levels within our skin.
Both are an injectable treatment that can either deeply hydrate and improve skin firmness (skin boosters), or enhance elasticity, stimulate the production of collagen, and promote skin regeneration (polynucleotides). They both offer immediate and long-lasting results without altering the natural characteristics of the face.
Both are suitable for use on the face, neck, and décolletage, whilst polynucleotides are also particularly effective for addressing under eye issues such as hollowness, darkness, and wrinkles. This makes them a highly desirable alternative for patients who are unable to receive tear trough fillers due to various reasons.
We recommend a course of at least 3 sessions to gain maximum benefits. Please note that the concentration of polynucleotide or HA varies per brand, if you have any questions please reach out.

FAQs
Is BBL the right treatment for me?
During your consultation, our expertly trained team will assess your skin to determine if BBL is the best option for you. Book your consultation here.
What happens during a BBL treatment?
During a BBL HERO treatment, a clear gel is applied to the treatment areas to help your skin absorb the light energy. As the treatment begins, you should feel minimal to no discomfort as your provider gently glides the laser over the skin.
Pulsed light improves your skin in two ways. Initially, it targets highly vascular and pigmented areas like visible blood vessels or sunspots, breaking them down for absorption by the body. Additionally, the generated heat stimulates collagen production, leading to a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles and a more youthful appearance.
Is BBL painful?
BBL HERO is generally well-tolerated by most patients. It’s often described as feeling like a quick snap or heat on the skin, with the sensation fading quickly as the device pulses over the skin. After the treatment, it’s normal for the skin to feel warm for about 30 to 60 minutes.
What results can I expect from a BBL treatment?
A week or two after a BBL treatment, your skin will appear more even, youthful, glowing, and smooth. Visible results can be seen in just 1 to 2 treatments, with optimal results generally achieved after a series of treatments spaced a few weeks apart. Your skin will continue to improve in the weeks and months following your BBL sessions.
How long will it take to recover?
This is a non-invasive and gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you can return to work and resume most of your activities immediately.
